You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of wing77, or of any affiliated entity, are not eligible to hold Player accounts.
If you have previously applied for a self-exclusion from wing77 or any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to register a new Account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a duplicate account is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent exclusion and forfeiture of any Balance.
To access the full range of wing77 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used. If wing77 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any Bonus Balance forfeited. The original Account may also be suspended pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify wing77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. wing77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. wing77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
wing77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or money laundering; (c) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to wing77. Where closure results from Player breach, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation.
wing77 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests or where the cumulative deposit amount triggers an internal review threshold. The KYC process is mandatory and non-negotiable. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by wing77 may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.

wing77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving all required documentation. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing information, resetting the review period.
All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with wing77's Privacy Policy. Data is stored securely and never shared with unauthorized third parties.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. wing77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to the Player's Balance within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are credited in real time, 24 hours a day. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum of 1 network confirmation before funds are credited. wing77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to have been made from a third-party source may result in the funds being returned, the transaction voided, and the Account suspended.
wing77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer charges, for which wing77 accepts no liability.
A Player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the Account Balance.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days of submission, subject to KYC status and internal compliance checks. wing77 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB). Processing times for cryptocurrency withdrawals may vary depending on network congestion.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same account or method used to make the original deposit, wherever technically possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, wing77 may request an alternative verified bank account in the Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard. wing77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to high-value withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
wing77 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Withheld funds may be subject to forfeiture following investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by wing77 are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum 5x wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered at least 5 times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets contribute 100%, live casino contributes 100%, togel (numbers lottery) contributes 80%, and slot games contribute 100% unless specified otherwise.
Bonuses expire 30 days after activation unless a different period is stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.
wing77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hunting"); collusion with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics; and using automated software to place promotional bets. Where bonus abuse is detected, wing77 reserves the right to void all related bets, forfeit the Bonus Balance, and permanently close the Account.
wing77 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion, including where the Player's betting patterns are inconsistent with normal recreational play. Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
A bet is confirmed only when wing77 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed are binding and may not be cancelled by the Player after confirmation, except where wing77 offers a specific "cash out" or cancellation feature. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details before confirming.
Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. wing77 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, including cases where odds were published due to a technical fault. In such cases, bets placed at erroneous odds may be voided and stakes returned. This applies equally to football markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and togel draw results.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual sports and markets are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the wing77 platform.
All togel draw results are sourced from the official output of the respective lottery body (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, or Macau as applicable). wing77 does not control draw outcomes. Results are final once published and no dispute shall be entertained after 24 hours of the result being posted on the platform.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected sporting events. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, odds update rapidly. wing77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time, including during delays in data feeds. Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided at wing77's discretion.

Gambling involves risk. By using the wing77 platform, you accept that you may lose the entirety of the funds you deposit and wager. wing77 is not liable for any financial losses arising from your use of the Services beyond returning your deposited Balance where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wing77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
